C63 AMG - Eurocharged - Jerky

Your post was pointless IMHO.

With the exception you were bored and wanted to complain at Eurocharged
without even asking them first about your problem.

Surely going to them first with the complaint rather than come here moaning would have been a better solution.

Its to easy to do what you have done because you were bored and cast bad light on a company that knows nothing of the problem in the first place.

.

Please..... Bored...... ive read through some of your posts about diesel cars....... ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Firstly I am not complaining about a product, I am not complaining about service or anything from Eurocharged. I am asking a question about peoples experiences and sharing mine. Evidently you are unable to read, It is clear that people share my experience and have had the same issues.

No1 here is casting bad light about the product, you are making yourself look silly commenting on threads that you have no experience of and with your trivial comments..... SO IMHO keep your comments to your diesel forums as they are not welcome on turning my threads into something negative.

For clarification, not for you...... Paul from Eurocharged is fully aware of the issue and my car is going in, and he has known about the problem for a few months, however it is because I haven't had the time to get down there it hasn't been resolved...

In future don't stick your nose in when you don't know the issue or the history with silly little childish comments which make no sense...
Your obviously quite old from your profile, so act your age and maybe you wont have so many :fail's....... Just a thought buddy :thumb:

I had the same issue which was never resolved.

Mine is going in soon, so I am sure they will get to the bottom of it..... I did have an issue with the cams on mine so not sure if that may have anything to do with it.

Perhaps some thought before posting because your bored, or even take time to call Eurocharged instead of posting here would be more constructive and perhaps even resolve your problem with the re-map.

Lol what's it got to do with you?

If he wants to see other peoples opinion and experiences then posting on public MB forum is a good idea.

As a new member to this forum I am quite surprised to see this battle of the egos.
It's more akin to what you would expect to find on a hot hatch forum full of kids.

You do realise this kind of thing puts new users off!

Welcome to the forum...... However this is a positive post about finding out other peoples experience. Not to do with the slandering of anyone which has not even come into the equation of this thread. Anyone who reads will agree with me, so I would suggest to disregard E270 Owners comments as they are un called for and not welcome on my threads let alone anyone elses...
So lets move on with the issue and forget what he has said keep this to what this is about.... Helping and problem solving issues for members!!! Happy Friday everyone!

Sorry you feel that way.

Tell ya what I'll leave of my own accord and request all my posts are deleted.

I'm disgusted at the attitudes here of late.

Bye .

No need to leave the thread or forum, just don't drop silly comments and then you wont have a problem.

Were all enthusiasts and share a common interest and bit*hing is not one of them...at least not on here.

Mine is only jerky in 1st and I only think that's due to the throttle becoming more sensitive than in comfort, so when you switch your kind of not use to it and when setting off you apply more to the throttle like you would to move the car in comfort.

I don't have one of these cars nor a remap so I'm just making a passing comment. Only a couple of you are experiencing this issue and one member quoting in first gear. Plus it happens in certain drive mode. Could this be something to do with the ECU getting confused with the remap setting and the traction control sensitivity?

It would be sensitive to the tyres you have on which will give you different grip levels for the TC to kick in. Hence this could be the reason why only happening to a couple of you.

My car was also jerky with the re-map.
It's just been in to the dealership for a couple of things. Before it went in I put the stock tune back on. They applied a lot of software updates to the car while it was there. I put the re-map back on when I got it back and it now feels a lot smoother and even sounds a little louder (although that could be my imagination!).

I'd certainly like to know the outcome of it going back and an explanation of why it happened.

Thanks for all your feedback gents. The car is going in soon, so I will report back as to the issues... Im hoping it is some sort of software issue that can be updated.

I am pretty sure it is not engine related as my car has been in for 5 weeks in May and June for camshaft issues and a cam solenoid was replaced, yeah it took that long! I did get compensation though, not much....

So I am sure that it is the software on the car from the map, or the fact that I cant feel things in my right leg and push to hard on the pedal!

Other than that, I don't know about you, I don't feel it to be that noticeable in terms of speed, don't know if that is just me....

BHP increased from 424 to 508 and torques increased as well quite a bit so I would of thought I could feel it more...

My old m3 was supercharged and when that was installed I nearly cried because I was so happy with the speed, I know I know its a different type of power and a lot more of it, I just want to feel more.

And before anyone says I haven't got 15k for a supercharger spare

Gone are those days...... (Wife is watching me write this)

Mine had all the latest merc updates and same issues. It never got resolved as i was told it wasn't a eurocharged software issue. hey ho.

Right so a few weeks later I am getting somewhere.

Car went into Eurocharged, map removed, still jerky however not as bad as with the map on. So its not down to the map……

It’s been with Mercedes for the last few days and they are looking at two things for me.

Vibration through brake pedal and light clonking noise when at traffic lights with foot on the brake.

Jerky gear changes extenuated when in S or S+

So thankfully this time round they are doing things.

They are flushing the torque convertor replacing the gearbox oil and updating the software.

With regards to the vibration and clonking noise, they are replacing the gearbox mounts and engine mounts.

I am now hoping that when it is ready next week it will be fixed!

Let us know if this fixes the issue. Which mb is doing the work?

Heathrow

yeah I will give the updates... I hope it does!

could you feel the clonk through the brake pedal??? mine had this one time and turned out to be a gap on one spark plug was not quite right and was causing a slight miss (but not showing any codes)
