Just bought these:

Admittedly this is a different model of the MB-Branded NGK plug, i.e. A 004 159 13 03 instead of A 004 159 39 03, but I can't imagine that this justifies such a huge price difference - the plugs linked on the OP are double the price...?

Also.... A 004 159 39 03 is NGK Laser Iridium ILZKAR7A10 (NGK product No. 6043), and can be bought for much much less.... e.g.:

They are not MB-Branded, but the ones I bought were MB-Branded and did not cost double the original NGK ones.

Seems overpriced to me?
