C63 boot lip spoiler

Greeted by this when I went out to drive the 63 to dinner last night:



Not sure when it was done other than probably within the last couple of days. At least whoever did it hasn't damaged the paintwork ripping it off but I'll be keeping a keen eye out on any w204 in black with a boot lip spoiler. When my father in law heard he queried whether it had fallen off in the heat! But on closer inspection I can see a tiny groove where they have chiseled a knife or something similar underneath.

Any ideas on where I can get a replacement?

Absolute mindless morons!

A mate of mine had an M5 and had the same thing happen to him.

You had best take it to an AMG centre that will put it back to looking like new.

Cheers guys. Waiting for Mercedes Ascot to give me a quote on replacement, painting and fitting. My first service is due in a couple of months so might as well get it done then (along with then trying to fix the rocking chair creak from the dash!).

Flumaxed the service guy as he couldn't recall this happening to other car in recent years and therefore has to figure out the spare part and labour required!

Carbon would look good, but I reckon would be an even more tempting target than the old 'boring' one!

At least the PCSO turned up 50 mins after I had reported it to take details and do a house to house.
