Is there anything that you don't like about this car (C63)?

Nice writeup..you done a beautiful thing for the car..bonding..meeting it at its birthplace and bringing it to its new home..but less pain like in pregnancy..

The car has been setup beautifully from interiror colour scheme to exterior colours and the alloys..enjoy the glorious AMG..

As soon as I cover the car I will post pictures, cover has even got the Merc 3 pointed star on it which when fitted to the car the star is on the bonnet.

Suffice to say though if you opt for the AMG performance pack that raises the top speed limiter you also get higher capacity oil coolers and fuel pump. According to a very reliable source who spoke to AMG about this, if you unleash the reigned in power you really should uprated the oil cooler and fuel pump system. Not sure if the chap I know of has done this

The PP does give you the raised top speed for sure although i would guess if his car is pushing 570 then they will have to have derestricted it again as i would guess it would be pushing more than the 175mph mark?

Re the Oil Cooler and the Fuel System have never heard of that but i guess it makes sense for it to be done if the car is going to be modified??

Not AMG mods as I just been in to my dealer and they have a C220 Sport (Brand New 58 plate) with them on......

Thanks, done all that. What I got was we will find out how much it will cost you to retrofit!!!

With hindsight I should have rejected the car when I collected as there was another C63 right next to mine with the new mirrors. Ah well, I still love this car.

Even with the old mirrors...

Didnt your dealer offer to chauffer you to the airport? Or didnt you want them to?

My first trip was Sindelfingen and the rhine & Annecy etc on the way home; the second to Bremen via the Mossell home....Even had a German holteier offer to park the car at his house for extra security! Great times

Glad you had a great time, as we did.

When we stopped at Amsterdam (Marriott) the concierge parked our car for us for 30 euro!!! I'm sure he was the one who scratched it....

Now fixed thanks to pressure on dealer on our return.....
