C63 engine into a ML63

Hi, would anyone know if the engine from a C63 M156 985 will fit into a ML63 M156 980. I presume ancillary parts may be different like sump, engine mounts but would the block have the same fixing tappings so they could they would transfer over. Both vehicles are 10-11 plates.
