My 2012 C63 Coupe has been great but been getting the esp,abs inoperative message more frequently lately.

First time came on as I was driving. Turned car off then on and went away. Last few days was coming on more frequently but today while it came went to brake at the traffic lights and the brake pedal didnt feel right like it was kicking back at me. when I went to pull of the traction light was flashing and had no throttle until I restarted the car and drove it slowly home.

Researching indicates faulty speed sensor, brake light switch, esp module but Nothing solid as most have heavy steering when I havent.

My launch scanner only gives me the code 1425 ‘The vehicle speed signal was not received’ current and stored.

Any further information Will be much appreciated before I take it into the stealers.

The fault code on your scanner has more or less confirmed a faulty wheel speed sensor.
I'd be avoiding the main dealer with its enormous labour costs for diagnosis and take it to a recommended Mercedes specialist such as The Mercedes Benz Specialist, Mercedes Servicing, Mercedes Repairs.

I had a faulty wheel speed sensor on my 63 coupe and a faulty ABS module on my 63 wagon.
I would go with AMGeed on this, faulty module I lost the power steering, never lost it with the wheel speed sensor.
