Sorry guys but this snow and weather is really worrying me leaving the car outside and I want to invest in a really good quality cover for the C63.

Ive had a look online but not sure what would be the best to go for, so Im asking my MB Club chums for their wisdom and advice as to what to go for and the best option you would recommend to me. :thumb:

Do a search or two as there are lots of previous threads on this.

Only get a good quality tailored (& breatheable) cover, this will not be cheap though.

These guys are very good - I used one of their "Noah" covers on my SL:

Covercraft Europe is the worlds largest maker of custom-fit car covers, motorbike & scooter covers, jet-ski covers, pet covers, pet pads and cargotech bags

Thanks for this....and yes I went with in the end a company that does taylor made covers and like you say BTB500 it wasn't cheap but I think totally worth it.....they reckon it will take about 14 - 21 days to make and they deliver when its convenient for you!. Really like this companys attitude and advice as they asked me all sorts of questions around the detials of the car to get it right. It should withstand all the elements and let the car breath.

You know that one just won't so as it'll fit any old AMG C-Class Estate ............ ;)

I would ask your detailer, as on Detailing World (along with the full detail of your car I assume) there are threads about the damage, certain covers cause and it is considerable.

Yes I did a bit of research and the one I went for is used by Bentley and Mclaren and has cost me a pretty penny. If you do look at one the advise I give is to make sure no seams are inside the cover and only on the outside and it has to be breathable. The one I have gone for is also fleece lined so no marking to any part of the bodywork once its fitted, it was part of the reason I went for this particular one. :thumb:
