C63 MCT Gearbox

With the C63 MCT gearbox should you put it in neutral when stationary say at traffic lights or is it recommended to put into neutral? Just wondered what is best for this box. On previous cars with a torque convertor box I would normally put into neutral...

Neutral is good for revving, to show your superiority

Leave it in gear and press the brake pedal sharply and " Hold " will come up on the dash as its holding!! Neutral if stuck in traffic for more than a min if I were you.
