C63 PPP+LSD 2010 Insurer doesn't understand options

Dear All,

I'm looking at one of these and have begun the fun (not) process of finding an insurer starting with Privilege with whom I currently have a 2007 CLS63. (Which I will be selling).
They do not have the PPP+LSD as a model nor do they have these options listed.
These options significantly affect value so I need to ensure they are noted.

How did anyone with these options insure their car, please?

Don’t you just enter your reg and be done with it? Anything fitted at the factory is covered isn’t it?

It does seem that way for others I've looked at.

However I'm nervous about not notifying as they have a big impact on price and availability. It's a bit more significant than, say, heated seats or a DAB radio!
Maybe as much as 20% premium for a car with those two options over "standard". And far fewer for sale
