C63 remap - choice of two...

They do have off the shelf tunes however they can also do custom maps, that way your car will be optimized to your engine as all engines are not created equal.

Eurocharged UK have been great for me and have probably done over 100 C63's in the last year so they will have been there and done that on any issues.

Like others have said if you get a Eurocharged Map you will get circa 524BHP. Eurocharged dealers are up and down the country so its really a matter of how far you are willing to drive.

Make sure you get a before and after Dyno run though so best to choose a tuner with a Dyno.

If you go to MSL get the decat at the same time, and it will give it a much deeper growl which you will love.....and i am sure Acid at MSL can do you a great deal on Map and De-cat at the same time

I am not so sure you will get 524 bhp, I only got an increase from 420 hp stock to 505 hp... Apparently the norm is 510

I believe that Wallace are an official Eurocharged agent, so they should be able to help.

I thought circa for a eurocharged was around 520
Mine with bmc and decat did 528.

That's what I had done at Wallace. The gutted secondary cats were done by Niall Wallace in Midlothian, Wallace didn't have a welding specialist at the time - they do now apparently.

The all in figure was around the £2700 from memory, that was with a group buy LSD at £850.

I've since had a Fi exhaust fitted so my gutted secondary's are sat in my garage if you want to swap them for your untouched ones?

Should save you a couple of hundred pounds or so. Send me a PM if you're interested.

Nothing worthwhile or noticeable.

Wrong info here. Even on a PPP car (P30) you will get an increase in performance, generally to around the 520-530 BHP from your standard 487.

It's not just top end power you'll get, it's throughout the rev range you'll find its just more responsive.

Ok, other benefit is loosing the 280km/h limit.
(My car has the drivers package so still limited on 280km/h)

Now these flash modules where you can switch between stock and mapped maps,
Are they truely invisible for the dealer/MB?

I still have a 2y full warrenty and will extend this afterwards as i'm keeping the car.

And i know they also claim this "invisibility" for other brands but in reality the distributor/brand can see this for each car.
So i just want to know if it's fully undetectable with the Mercedes's.

I believe the Eurocharged map is invisible to the dealer.

When the new map is written, it apparently takes the same file sequence number as your previous map, hence it looks like your software hasn't changed.

I also believe that the Eurocharged map also raises your speed limiter to 200 mph, although I've not tested this.
