C63 Seat Belt Extender

I am hoping to place an order for a C63 coupe very soon but I am wondering if anyone can answer this question.

I have noticed that some cars have a button for the seat belt extender on the lower right hand side of the centre console and some do not have it.

Does anyone know why this is? Is it to do with which options are chosen.

It's standard on 2017 model year vehicles. I learned this when I questioned why this feature was missing from my C63S.

Are you saying 2017 models do have it or they don't? Do the 2017 models not have the seat belt extender?
