C63 Servicing costs

I had the sticker and free diff oil change 2017 C63 Coupe. I did receive a letter from MB a week after delivery.

Doesn't it seem to be the case that MB dealers know less than Indys.. When I speak to my Indy he seems completely clued up and answers my questions with ease... Not the confused answers that MB dealers seem to offer....
