C63 steering wheel upgrade

Hi all.

I have a 2008 c63 and I am looking at replacing the steering wheel with a facelift version from a 2013 c63. Is this a straight swap and will all the buttons / paddles still work or is it not as simple as that. Many thanks in advance.

There's a thread of a few done on mbworld, it depends what year yours is and you need a new one with an airbag

Check that thread out then get in contact with comand online on here, they can sort it out

It is if you get the correct internal chip in the wheel to match the OP's car, otherwise the functions and keys don't work

It's a straight swap physically yeah but needs some checking on the new one if you want electronics to work
