C63 transmission question

I've just had the A service done at my local AMG centre and because it's coming up to 3 years old it included a transmission oil change, since getting the car back the gearchanges in C mode are not as smooth as they were, at a steady speed it's as if it can't decide which gear to select, I've been in touch with the dealers and they say to leave it a week to see if it clears but I want to get it sorted before the warranty expires.

Anybody else had the same problem, if so what was it.

I am kind of guessing here but they could have flashed the gearbox ecu with updated software.

It's possible, I'll ask the dealer but if that's the case I want them to put it back to as it was.
