C63 W204 Coupe Headlight Bracket

Hi all. This is a longshot, does anyone know what the difference is between the parts below? They're both headlight brackets and look identical. After looking at a couple of parts catalogues, I think the 691 is for the saloon and estate (not for coupe). I've found a used 691 and I'd love to know what the difference is. Maybe I can make it work.
