Hello, I have owned my C63 since new - 01 Sept. 2012. In that time all that has been done is 1 free map update even though I was entitled to 3 free updates. This September it goes in again to Mercedes Aberdeen for its service and MOT. Last year I asked for the gearbox software update only to be told 'there is nothing wrong with it so we would not like to update it in case it causes a problem'!
This year I would like it done as the gears can be jerky and it stalls now and then. Also would like maps and any other software updates done, command etc.
I am wondering if it's worthwhile getting it done? I expect to pay for it. Having spent a lot of money on a car, I would like to think Mercedes Aberdeen would be happy to assist me.
Also how can I see it was done....would there be proof?!
