Hi. I have a problem with the ecall sos system, emergency, information.
The car is from Germany, when I try SOS button, information or assistance the car always connects with German service. How can I change it to English service?
and I think that it is related to the mb contact of the agend, I cannot modify it. I went through Mercedes dealer but they say I can't change it.
there is any procedure to change the service or by xentry diagnose??
