Came across this wierd bumper on c63

I was trawling the net looking for carbon rear spoilers and came across this.

It's got a funny front bumper. No fog lights. Maybe an after market?

Nope, it is entirely different.

Not the same as the DTM safety car. Though, it doesn't have fogs.

Thought it was some kind of after market jobby. Think on a silver car not so great but on a black one it would look mean.

The outer vents are more square on the red car.
