Never knew angels were made of polyethylene sheet..
The more likely explanation is Matt Davies theory
"if it was swamp gas, where is the swamp that could produce such gases? nowhere close to a city because those swamps are a danger to human life. DUE to the gases. as for a loogey, the legs make i not a loogey. and as for a cloud moving across the moon? what about daytime do you not understand? twas but an angl or another spetral being. i truly belive you people should open your minds to what you consider’ devil worship’ and ‘the occult’ truth is christianity is a cult, and paganism is and has been around long before christians even were begun. so think about it. if its not an angel, then maybe a man jumping off that crane with a life-line hooked to him?"
