Can anyone help me locate my Auxiliary Battery - Merc S350 Bluetec - 221 - 2012

I attempted to locate my Auxiliary Battery on my Mercedes S350 Bluetec 221 - Year 2012

I checked each end of the dash, removed both plastic fuse boxes on each side, and I have gone into the boot and removed the carpet trim lid and the spare wheel, as shown in the images below but I still can’t locate the Auxiliary Battery.

I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction, maybe I’m close to locating it by the images, but I’m not sure, so help from fellow members would be great!

My first thought was where mine is which is behind the carpet on the right hand side of the boot (where the 12v socket is in your pictures).

But it seems like on a facelift 221 that it could be under the dash and behind the footwell carpet.

The car should have a QR to help emergency services locate it. Some are under the fuel flap, some on the B pillar. Scan that and it takes you to a diagram.

An update for anyone who is interested or finds themselves with the same issue I was facing locating my Auxiliary Battery, I found it and was behind the trim panel on the back of the rear seats which you access from inside the boot/trunk.

Remove the carpet spare wheel lid, its held in place by x2 T20 screws
Then from the left side prise the rear seat trim panel off your Auxiliary Battery is behind the panel.
