I suspect he is guilty because at 0:29s, you can see him transfer keys from his right pocket to his left hand and then at 0:31s, you can see a slight glint from the key which is now in his left hand and he moves his hand towards the wing to start keying.
 
Mr smith reported to the police he was being spied on buy someone in a black Mercedes as he had spotted it outside his house on numerous occasions, the issue was accelerated when he spotted the same car outside his and his wifes regular place of shopping, He explained it all to his wife on her return from the shops when she told him.....ITS YOUR CAR YOU SOPPY OLD GIT! :wallbash:

I am sure I saw this old guy on his motrobike in NY - he was with a bunch of ne'er-do-wells terrorising some poor chap and his family.
