Can anyone identify this model please

Hi guys,
I'm currently running a CLS 350 W219 which is fitted with 10" F / 20" R alloys,I'm about to buy a set of MAE Crown Jewels...same configuration, whilst browsing looking for a better deal, I came across this photo of a set of MAES on a Mercedes that I'm unfamiliar with, can anyone give me a clue, I;ve scoured the web, AutoTrader, Wikipedia etc etc, but not having a model number, it's a bit tricky, I'm going skelly-eyed looking at images.

I might just (reluctantly so), release my CLS if this is out there at reasonable money.

All help / assistance / advice gratefully appreciated.

Nope that's not it...look at the arches on the rear.

It's a CL...W216.

If its a CL then its a custom tuner job - might be a "one off " with custom arches?

Thanks guys, I was thinking that the arches might be custom, was it a U.S. market model only and chassis designation , e:g W219?
Oops, pays to read the posts, I see it's a W216.

Not at all...just like all the others on Ebay.

Look at the chrome along the side windows...the AMG rises, the CL doesn't. And all the rest.
