Can I Buy This anywhere?

I have Mercedes E240 W210 sedan avant garde. the section of wiring that goes to the rear boot lock, lights on the edge of the bootlid, and number plate light. Does anyone know if this piece of the loom is connected to the wiring loom by a plug anywhere, if it was you could replace it? or is it part of the main loom? my problem is that a spade terminal has broken off and needs replacing.

Just replace the spade terminal, it's about ten thousand times easier than routing a wiring loom through bodywork, should one even be available.
