Cant find satellites

Hi All, this is my first time asking for help. I have a 2010 ML350 with a Comand APS. I have upgraded the maps to 2016/17 standard, which took well over an hour, but appeared to have been completed. My problem is that when I select the "Compas Feature" it shows "0" next to the sat symbol with not data about where the car is or elevation. The Nav feature seems to be working albeit a bit slow. What am I doing wrong, or what can I do to cure the problem.

Problem Solved, GPS Antenna Faulty

I want to echo what "Markjay" has said about the guys at "Comand on line Ltd" of Lightwater, Surrey. Absolute PROFESSIONALS, they diagnosed my fault and promptly fitted a new antenna, this time a MB one!!!

Once again it only proves that if you go to the "Right People" you will get the right result.
