Can't find the light...! Mercedes R350 Right hand brake lamp

Hi All,

New to the site. I bought a Mercedes R350 4matic in June, the dash board tells me the Right Hand Brake Lamp is out and fair enough it's correct. The manual doesn't appear to give the spec of the lamp. Every other bulb is listed somewhere however Murphys law is obviously playing with me. Searching the web it seems it could be a PH19W..from China, or a PH21W from the US. I took it to Mercedes dealers and they said its a factory part and it will be £30!! I'm at a loss, I'm just trying to find a stop/tail light like on normal cars for a normal price. Any help appreciated, cheers, sorry the car is 2010. R350 4 matic, 3.0L

Have you tried pulling the bulb and taking a trip to Halfords with it in your hand, they stock all kinds of bulbs!

Kwid Well if you have such a nice car i would purchase 2 bulbs from the dealers i am sure you can afford one or two . I checked the numberrs out you posted but sure enough only the dealers and the usa ., and china have these for sale . What a rip off .
