Can't get a command, what should I get?

Hi Guys as the title says, a command does not seem to be in the near future for me and I need a sat nav and the rest of the audio with cd changer.
I have an audio 10 fitted with a changer at the moment, I can't seem to find a double din or single din that looks oem and will do what I want.

Suggestions please, I have searched and come up with a few ideas, but nothing has jumped out at me to say buy me.

Why can't you get a comand unit ?

Everyone I have tried says they are having trouble sourcing one. They will need to fit it as I do the mechanical thing as though I have boxing gloves on!

If it's a 163 , its the same as the one for the 208 , as i had to have mine recoded for my CLK because it was out of an ML

If they have a spare one to fit to another customers car while they sort his out , once they fix it and get their one back , they might sell it to you if you asked ?

Same model w163. Worth asking....
