Can't open car

Can't get the car opened this morning. Central locking not working and I think it's due to battery being flat. For some reason the command trys to access the sat nav disk continually . I think this is what has drained the battery. Normally I just take the disk out but forgot to on this occasion. It's a Mercedes R class. Anybody got an idea how to get the car opened?

Tried that and still nothing. The wife has the AA out and he has got it open. Jacked the car up for some reason according to the wife.

To get to the alternator to put a charge into the car/battery so it can be opened?
