Can't read DVD

Hi Guys.
A little help please. Recently the nav in my S211 is being wonky. Everytime I press the nav button, it says "cant read DVD". It then goes into super slow motion and eventually gives me the input destinations screen. I've removed the disc and cleaned it, the rest of the Comand system works fine...any ideas ?

Have you checked it's the right DVD - super slow motion sounds like a seventies CCC offering to me .
