Can any mod tell me why i cant upload pics any more, i done something wrong or maybe its due to the fact you are only entitled a certain amout per week/month

please advise

Are they over 100kb in size. I am the world's worse offender at uploading pictures and have not been barred YET!!! No restictions on the number either 'so far!!'
