Car is jerky

Hi guys,
I wanted to ask if anybody knows, why my car is slightly jerky while going uphill in parking lot. If hit acceleration it goes up no problem. But if firmly pressed then its jerky.
Its automatic Mercedes clk 2005.
I haven't had any service in almost a year. Could that be an issue? Or is there something i need to watch out for.

More information needed……………loose surface and or hard acceleration might activate the traction control…………..what do you mean by jerky.

Check ATF? has it had a gearbox service?

if no then it's a requirment.

Its jerky as in bumpy its fine on normal road, flat service, when your driving at 30mph and you keep your on the accelerator and push it very firmly and it would sort of jerk like a little push. It mostly does it when going uphill. Downhill fine flat surface fine.

And no, it hasn't had any gearbox service at all or any kind of service apart from an oil flush and oil service. Please reply back.
