Car lurching stalling when selecting gear

Just after some advice or help pinpointing a problem.

Car c63 2012
V6 tune
Full ipe
Carbon intake
Quaife diff

For the last 2 years the car has been slightly jumpy rev needle bouncing very small amounts.
I had a full software update done to try rectify the problem.
The tranny fluid was changed in 03/15 spark plugs 03/16 and serviced every year by mb.
Just recently this became a lot worse to the point it was jumping 500 revs sometimes close to a 1000 when setting off and changing gear. Stalling when selecting drive or reverse slipping when trying to set off.

I had the gearbox adaptions done through star no fault codes showing.
Before I take it to my Indy at end of the month does anybody have any idea what might be causing the problem.
This problem started before any mods were carried out.

so after a lengthy period the car stopped working, it was slipping to around 2500rpm when trying to set off.
its currently at my indie. the gearbox specialists have had a look at it and said the torque converter has failed at only 32k miles !!!! seems crazy its gone so quick anyway they are going to remove the box from the car replace the torque converter and check that with the converter failing it hasn't damaged the valve body. will find out next week what the verdict is.

Must admit to thinking the 2012 C63 had the MCT box fitted?
