Car Mats

mine's[it's a proper mercedes ribbed one] like an old lettuce, no stiffness to it all - curls up against tranny tunnel and then starts folding over on itself - I used to straighten it at least once a day - have given up now though - it's like an old dog blanket now
Mine rotates itself all the time, gets adjusted daily. This is my fault I chose not to use the included clips! If you use the clips the mats stays put but wears twice as fast!

I was dissapointed with the quality of the W212 OEM Velour carpet mats, they are not a patch on the old W211 OEM Mats. However www.mrcarmats.com custom make really high quality mats, complete with the OEM plastic fasteners etc. I spoke to the guy who runs this company, their premium range use the same carpet as Jaguar use and they are half the price of the MB OEM carpets. Also you are supporting British industry...

I am not associated with this company, just their superb product. They cover most cars including the W210.

Mats

My car came with out the mats I managed to buy the orignal mats from Ebay for £40, which was a deal.

I have bought a set transparent plastic mat which go over he exsisting mats, I have these because when the car is used by the family the kids make a mess, I remove them when I am travelling on business.
This keeps the orignaks clean and never have to wash them
