every now and again the car wouldn't start straight away it would be very slow it would start asap then it wouldn't start at all so replace the spark plugs and leads but still doing the same thing so i went out and bought a distributor cap and rotor arm today i went to fit it 1 of the bolts came out easy a pie but the second would not come out so easy but when it finally decide to move it actually decided to break right of the distributor the threaded part as well it looks like the previous owner had put locktite on but the strange thing is it looked like it was broken before and it was glued back on typical pre owners lazy gits now i know why the car ran funny so now i have to go out and buy a distributor itself and the distributor cap and rotor needed replaced there was rust and goo inside the distributor
does anybody know what price the distributor itself is going to cost roughly for a w124 230te
