Hi, driving for 2 hours last night and noticed Waze had frozen in Carplay.
Tried everything I thought possible with the entertainment system, and my phone,
(my phone was working fine).
I ended up with a black screen in the car!
It finally came back to life 10 minutes later. I don't know how.
I've searched all over but still unsure how to do a 'Soft Reset'.
Most say hold down the Eject CD button, but I don't have one!
It's a C class Premium 2019 w205.
Could anyone point me in the right please?
