my cousin owns a x reg w210 e240 2.6v6 with 70,000 on the clock. the cat on his car has gone and he has been quoted £800 for a genuine replacement. is this price reasonable or can someone give me guidance in sourcing a geniune one for a reasonable price. thanks.

I think the price is quite reasonable. i was quoted £660 18 months ago for a cat for my 260E
