Open roof
Move seats forward
unscrew top chrome covers on B pillar top
prise up or off door sil.
pull off draught excluder.
shine a torch down through the top gap and you will see a plastic clip, prise this away from the body with a suitable tool / knife. if you pull the panel it will break.
open lid of the CD box and the side panel will pull out, (one clip in the bottom) hook at the top.

Do the same for the other side.
Open lids and you will see two holes along the top edge,, with a torx driver slacken the screws a long way out.
Remove the two screws for the rear back partition and lift out
Remove the two screws holding the rear of arm rest
The lids can now be removed by removing the screws.
You will now see the box fixing screws for the CD player,, remove the nuts holding it down.
undo CD player from the holder and thats it from memory
