CD disc stuck

My W211 has the six CD changer in dashboard (Audio 20). I tried to eject disc 2 but it won't come out and flashing red light stays on trying to eject it - with no success. As a result I can't play CDs. Is there some way to manually eject a stuck disc?

i had to take it to a repair shop,i suppose there are ways to do it

A mate of mine had a comand disc stuck in his comand , we got it out by sliding a butter knife in about 2 or 3 inches and gently applying pressure to the underside of the disc so that the rollers could 'grab' it and spit it out ...

Not sure if you can do this with an Audio 20 ?
