Cd stuck

I have a clk 320 2005 and the cd is stuck, wont come out and says cd error, any ideas?

I got my cartridge out by tapping it firmly with a piece of wood, while pressing the button - I learned that trick on here somewhere.

I still had to get the changer fixed though (I sent it to a firm advertising fixed price repairs on eBay), I was getting 'no disk' errors. They said it was caused by using copy CD's, FWIW.
