Could be, but before trying it though, I would just confirm with MB that it has been localised for RHD cars.

If I'm not mistaken, I think it's the 1 switch...

A bit like the airconditioned glovebox on my X reg Astra, just a little plastic slide plate in the back of the box on the A/C duct. Just slide it open for ice cold air to fill the glovebox, pretty basic but it worked fine.
