Hunt for the Artic Ghost Ship.

Not to be missed if you like Franklin’s Story.

Yup. I switched on only to remember I had also seen it. There are a couple of fabulous books on Franklin and the graves of his sailors. Well worth looking out.

I watched it yesterday for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. I can only imagine how they felt and what was going through their minds during those winters spent on ice and water.
It also makes me think how spoilt we are now. If a car doesn’t have a bum heaters integrated in seats it’s not a good car.

    Indeed. This is very true.

The condition of the buried sailors is remarkable to see.

These discoveries are in themselves remarkable to see and hear about. To think the families of the “missing” sailors etc carried on in hope with many further fruitless rescue operations mounted over the years.
