Changing brake pads/bleeding brakes w140 coupe

I will be changing pads and bleeding brakes on my 1993 500 coupe. Can anyone take me through how this is done. It is just the fronts I am doing together with the sensors. There seems to be 2 sensors per caliper, any special tools needed to wind piston back or could I just use a clamp. Also what type of fluid do I need, is there any special way to bleed the brakes as it has abs. Cheers.
