I’m changing the tyres on my W205. Got a good price for a pair of new Bridgestones and having them fitted at home.

Will I need to put new valves or not? Currently I have the TPMS devices fitted.

thanks

no. Assuming they were working before they will just continue with the new tyres

Depending on their age, you might want to change them - or just change the batteries (not officially supported by MB) - preemptively. From memory the batteries should be good for 10 years.

Thanks. I could do without the additional expense.

Thanks. The car is only 4 years old. Good to go for now.

New rear tyres fitted.
