Had the 77mm pulley fitted the standard belts where slipping one new out the box and mine was only a few months old
was informed that most have used these on 77mm swaps
I got a smaller green belt i was told to get.
did not fit i then fitted a new MB be;t tensioner
the car is better then it was but its still slipping under hard acceleration mid range i am over £1500 out of pocket and still have problems
any ideas i am so frustrated !
many thanks

Go back to the standard set up?

Have you considered a belt wrap kit? Fiddly to fit though...and a a debatable if it actually helps....What size of belt are you running?

standard belt will be too big! Use the smaller belt.

belt wrap kits have had issues in a few of the ones I have seen. the correct sized belt will sort your issues out.

Yes, fit the shorter correct belt and it will be 90% better!

Also, as above, a lot of the BwK give issues where the belts are destroyed as they aren't made accurately enough
