I used to know someone that would change the ticket. As he was walking down the street he would open the parking ticket and put a zero behind the infringement total.

I dont know what UK tickets look like but it was pretty easy to make a $65 look like it was $650.

One night the timing must have been pretty near to the event since 30 metres back from where we were there was a scream of "OH MY GOD" from someone nearly fainting at the windscreen.
