Cheap Dashcam

This is a classic "unwanted pressie" one: seeing as I already have a very high quality front dashcam and a reasonably high quality rear one, can't think of any use for this camera.

Here are a couple of pictures of the actual camera:

Positive points:

• Small, smaller than Mini-0801/3/6 even though it looks like one
• No battery, so no Li-Ion related worries
• Hard-wired kit
• Direct 12V power supply - no need for 12-->5 converter
• Excellent mounting point, very close to the windscreen, so minimal reflection/glare

Negative points:

• 1080x720p HD resolution
• No battery, so needs to be connected to a power source to retain time settings
• No car lighter power plug, only hard-wired kit
• No built-in screen (this I consider a positive one, but that's me)

Actually, the cigar lighter socket plug can be put together easily (just need an on/off button), if so desired, I personally hate seeing any wires hanging about, much prefer hard-wired solution.
