Cheap laptop running XP

As the title says really, after a cheap old laptop running xp. Any condition, would just like it to have an RS232 port.

I might have a dell D400 which is surplus to requirements, has rs232, can look when I'm back home this weekend.

I have a couple of Acer 270 series laptops ex school teachers in good condition reset to factory. Not sure about the battery life. Have serial ports and USB.
Looking for £50 plus postage each. PM if interested.
