Miles are a bit on the high side, and you'd need to check it out (eg boot badges look a little skewed..), but this surely has to be the cheapest C32 for sale so far?

I was looking at these only about a year and a half ago and the cheapest ones with 80-100k then were about £15k+

    Bargain

In fact - it looks as though the PP comes with it too!

Does look cheap doesn't it ....

About the age / miles for big things to start going wrong though . Also , as you say , the badges have all been fiddled with , even the side ones on the wings .

You could recoup a fair bit of the cash by selling the plate on too .

Buy it for £6.5k then, maybe flog the plate cheap/quick (£500?).

A lot of car for the cash.

Blimey, that's cheap, even taking mileage into account. If they keep dropping like this I'll be snapping them up for spares!!

Badges have indeed been fiddled with and it looks like either the drivers door or front wing have been sprayed - notice the change in shade/shaddow beneath the V6 badge on the wing.

It might have just been debadged by the previous owner.

The badges are still on it though  they just look like they've been put on by Stevie Wonder ....

Only badges that are missing are the 'Kompressor' badges off the wings , the 'V6' ones are still there , albeit in the wrong place and not straight , same as the 'C32' on the back , that isn't in the right place either and the letters aren't spaced properly ...

As for the 'AMG' badge , not straight , not correctly spaced , the front part of the badge is missing , etc etc ...

Surely, if you are buying a nice car , with no badges , and you want to re-badge it ,you'd do it properly ? It just smacks of not giving a **** otherwise , and if they aren't worried about the bits you can see ..... you know where it's heading ...

AMG bits are so expensive , and this one is at the age where you are going to need to start replacing stuff soon. This is going to be one of two things , the bargain of the century for someone , or a money pit.

Good luck if you buy it. I guess the fact that it says it needs a little TLC is reflected in the price .

    Looks great for the money

This only means the C43's must be dropping even more.

Agree millage a tad high but someone like me 6K a year it could 'catch' up over a few years...

    If it were an estate....

Sorry Howard, I meant that at some point in the cars life it had been debadged, but now it has had some badges put back on (badly).

A friend of mine used to run his C32 with C180 badges, as he kept being followed by every plod car he passed when it had AMG on its rear.

I was thinking about that after my last post weirdly enough

You'd know from the noise though ( and the AMG CLK 55 backbox that is going on it on wednesday ) :(

Could be good for a giggle though .... i could buy a couple of badges and actually make a CLK 180 badge and be really silly ....

See , you had to have an adaptor made to fit the 'manly' box onto the 'weedy' pipe ... ;) :D

My V8 pipe is the same diameter as the CLK55 pipe , so the sleeve just slots straight over ...

It's debatable as to whether i'm going to have to dremel the hole in the bumper a bit bigger or not though
