'Check Engine oil level when next refuelling'

When you say the oil level is fine, where is it on the dipstick? Are you checking it with a hot or cold engine?

Have the oil level sensor checked or changed.

It had a Service back in November and still under warranty from the garage so I will ask them to check it thanks

I check it when it’s cold it seems to do it when I’m driving down the dual carriageway and the level of oil seems to be nearly at the top of the levels
