Check engine oil

My C63 keeps asking me to check engine oil. It's sitting on the middle marker.

Plan to get an oil change in next few months ( was serviced Dec 2015 ), should I be worried and top it up? Sitting half way so planned on leaving it till next service?

...Or Mobil1 229.5 from an Esso petrol station. Yes you'll pay more than on eBay, but if all you are after is a single 1L container, then it will be easier and more convenient to just get it locally.

And if buying at a petrol station... unless you are particularly keen on Mobil1 (many AMG owners are), then Shell Helix Ultra 229.5 will also be fine.

Any links to the exact oil MB use during service, don't think it's Mobil or shell...

just get MB 229.5 from your local dealer that is what they use

Generally it's mobil 1 0w 40.
