Cheeky feckers!

Some scumbags have been having fun with my credit card details today, shopping online. Trouble is, my bank's phonecalls looked suspicious, so I didn't answer. Eventually, I phoned the bank, to check whether the calls were genuine, only to find out they were.
As for the fraudsters, as if I'd shop at Argos and Whitbread!

My bank, Lloyds simply block the card and send a text asking me to call. The replacement card arrived within days..

Much more sensible asking the cardholder to phone.

Just as important as the banks response is to find out how these feckers got hold of the credit card details in the first place so it can be avoided in the future. Does the bank know?
